Yes. Canaima is comfortable and modernised, but it is still a yacht. Guests should expect some differences compared to a standard apartment, including steps, compact spaces, marine toilets, movement on the water, and normal marina activity.

Canaima is berthed at Grand Harbour Marina, Pontoon B, Birgu, Malta. The yacht is located directly on the Birgu waterfront, within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, bars, historic streets, and harbour views.

You can book directly through Canaima.mt using the availability calendar and booking system.

Canaima is also listed on selected booking platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.

Booking directly through Canaima.mt gives you direct communication with the host and the easiest way to request special arrangements, longer stays, or extras for birthdays, romantic weekends, or other occasions.

Standard check-in (4pm) and check-out times (11am) will also be shown during the booking process.

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible on request, depending on availability and cleaning schedules.

Before arrival, guests receive check-in details and directions to Grand Harbour Marina. Depending on the booking and arrival time, you may either be welcomed personally or receive clear instructions for accessing Canaima.

Canaima sleeps up to 5 guests comfortably.

Canaima has three cabins on the lower deck:

• Two double cabins with single beds
• One single cabin with a single bed

This layout works well for couples, families, and small groups of friends.

Canaima has two bathrooms onboard. Guests can also use the marina facilities, including toilets and showers.

Marine toilets differ from household toilets. Guests must follow the onboard instructions and should NEVER flush anything other than what is specifically permitted.

Yes. Bed linen and towels are provided for guests.

Yes. Canaima has air conditioning throughout the yacht.

Yes. Canaima has Wi-Fi / internet access onboard.

Light cooking (with an air fryer) and normal kitchen use (fridge, sink, coffee machine) are possible. Guests are asked to use the kitchen responsibly and follow any onboard instructions provided.

Canaima has a small private bow plunge pool. Use may depend on weather, cleaning, and safety conditions. Please follow the onboard instructions and any guidance provided during check-in.

The bow feature should be understood as a small plunge pool, not a heated spa jacuzzi unless specifically confirmed before booking.

Yes. Guests can use the marina facilities, including toilets and showers.

Canaima is located directly at the Birgu waterfront. Restaurants, cafés, bars, historic streets, and harbour views are all within walking distance.

Nearby options include waterfront restaurants and cafés such as Boa Malta, Cargo Bar, Manouche Birgu, and other venues around the Birgu marina area.

Valletta is also close by and can be reached by car, taxi, ferry, or other local transport options depending on the route and time of day.

Parking availability may vary depending on the day, time, and season. Public parking options are usually available in the wider Birgu area, but spaces directly near the marina cannot be guaranteed.

Canaima is suitable for relaxed stays, birthdays, couples, families, and small groups. Loud parties are not suitable, as the yacht is located in a working marina with neighbouring boats and residents nearby.

Guests must respect the marina environment, neighbouring yachts, and local residents. Noise should be kept low, especially in the evening and at night.

Smoking is limited to outdoor areas only and never inside the yacht or near its entrances. The use of an ashtray is required at all times.

No. The yacht and marina environment are not suitable for pets.

No. Fishing, diving, swimming, and water sports are not permitted inside the marina.

Children may be allowed, but parents or guardians remain fully responsible for their safety at all times. A yacht has steps, railings, water access, and marina surroundings, so children must be supervised continuously.

In bad weather, some outdoor areas may not be suitable for use. Guests can still use the indoor areas of the yacht. In exceptional weather situations, the host may provide additional instructions for safety.
